As a finance & accounting professional, you may be responsible for:

  • Providing detailed financial information to the Company’s businesses, including resource allocation, business performance measurement, and strategic planning
  • Owning essential functions, such as accounting systems, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, cost allocations, and treasury operations

Human Resources Jobs

As a human resource professional, you may be responsible for:

  • Attracting, recruiting, and retaining talented people across the organization
  • Onboarding new hires and supporting the development of managers and the leadership team

Internal Audit Jobs

As an internal audit professional, you may be responsible for:

  • Learning how a variety of lines of businesses at E*TRADE work and do in-depth observations of their risk and control management framework.
  • Assisting in completing detailed testing on the design and operational effectiveness of E*TRADE’s risks and controls and will be exposed to new processes every day
  • Assessing and auditing the internal controls and risks of the company’s business processes
  • Making recommendations for management to enhance the control structure to adhere to internal policies as well as regulatory requirements.

As a legal & compliance professional, you may be responsible for:

  • The Company’s legal guidance and representation
  • Adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, and standards that govern the Company and the banking and securities industry
  • Auditing, handling regulatory inquiries, establishing and monitoring control mechanisms, responding to complaints, and registering firm representatives

Risk Management Jobs

As a risk management professional, you may be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic input, risk analysis and assessment, policy development and regulatory management Company-wide
  • Working closely with functional groups and management to ensure that the Company’s risk appetite and risk limits are appropriately managed and reflected in business decisions
  • Liaising with external constituents including regulators, Board of Directors, rating agencies and investors to ensure that the Company’s strategic direction is commensurate with the level of acceptable risk
