E*TRADE’s Corporate Services (ETCS) is the leader in equity compensation administration for public and private corporations driving retail brokerage accounts and assets for E*TRADE Financial Corporation. We execute on this objective by providing a best-in-class administration platform, service excellence through our service delivery model, and a robust participant experience to integrate equity awards into an overall financial picture. This strategically important division is a key revenue driver of retail brokerage accounts and assets for E*TRADE Securities.

This role is responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of educational content to E*TRADE Corporate Services participants in a live or virtual capacity. General responsibilities include managing the participant education team, defining stock plan participant education needs, reviewing business analytics, staying apprised of participant education trends and managing participant educational content to drive organizational goals and metrics.


  • Responsible for the analysis and delivery strategy for the stock plan participant education program
  • Partner with business analytics team to understand participant education trends, behavior, and results
  • Manage participant educators that are delivering onsite and virtual education to plan participants
  • Create monthly education summary presentation for senior leadership team that captures client, session and participant education count data
  • Identify and create participant education materials to support virtual and onsite education efforts. Travel expectation: minimum of 25-50%
  • Launch retail educational program strategy and partner with Financial Consultants to drive revenue and work with business analytics to quantify results
  • Work closely with relationship management team to identify education needs and communicate education enhancements and schedules
  • Support the client education strategy by managing the master education schedule
  • Create training decks and work with internal stakeholders to explore increased customization
  • Responsible for owning the internal stock plan education website and maintaining it with the most recent educational content, upcoming news and events
  • Develop policies and procedures for processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations
  • As needed, deliver both virtual and onsite education sessions to stock plan participants with a focus on equity compensation basics, E*TRADE account setup, and gain and loss scenarios during tax season
  • Help develop strategies for new education content areas and deliver client ready user guides and internal FAQs
  • Interact extensively with stakeholders (e.g. sales, relationship management, marketing, compliance, legal and clients) in response to their needs as well as solicit their ideas on methods to enhance our offering
  • Proactively work to stay abreast of changes to regulatory requirements and work with the appropriate internal and business partners to make changes to content as necessary


  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • Certified Equity Professional Level 1 after hire date
  • Series 7 and Series 63
  • 5-7 years of experience financial services or benefits related education delivery or participant engagement


  • Prior experience working with stock plan participants or retail brokerage customers, especially in a participant engagement or education capacity
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills. Ability to articulate big picture, strategic priorities in MS PowerPoint format to stakeholders in sales, relationship management, compliance and legal
  • Ability to deliver a presentation to both small and large audiences
  • Ability to master web-based delivery tools like WebEx
  • Strong business and project management, planning and organization skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative to solve problems; a self-starter
  • Excellent customer service attitude, project management and time management skills
  • Experience with equity compensation or E*TRADE’s products and services preferred
