RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a strategic role responsible for leading and partnering with business owners / cross-functional partners for project execution on key deliverables, program validation and analysis, and high-level communication to stakeholders regarding strategy and execution for the Sales and Service organization. We are looking for a highly motivated, consultative-minded individual with knowledge and experience within financial services, specifically, the retail brokerage space. The successful candidate will possess outstanding presentation skills, solid project management and problem-solving skills, driven by an effective communications style that builds strong relationships and impacts outcomes and decisions. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team-oriented, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment, welcomes challenge and embraces change, is creative and can learn fast, and works well under tight deadlines. This individual will be responsible for developing, delivering and supporting project management and analytical efforts while providing thought leadership and innovative solutions.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze business performance to identify challenges, opportunities and key trends that require strategic focus
  • Translate complex ideas and concepts into easy-to-understand and engaging content that enables efficient decision-making and productive discussions
  • Work with functional heads to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, on-track, and executed in a timely manner
  • Define and lead projects of strategic importance; develop plans that drive understanding of opportunity, adoption, and ultimately execution
  • Develop a reporting framework, that enables businesses / leadership team to consistently assess business performance
  • Drive execution of key business initiatives by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and creating accountability for results
REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics and/or business administration
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Wealth management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate development or strategy group in a management consulting firm preferred
  • Ability to think “big picture”
  • Ability to identifying relevant data and conduct insightful business analyses
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Self-starter, high energy and detail oriented; ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work and adjust to changing deadlines
