The Corporate Information Security (CIS) department is responsible for managing the Information Security program for the Company. Corporate Information Security ensures the security and confidentiality of customer information, and protects against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of such information.

The Project Manager, Business Strategy position provides direct support to the Director and the CIS organization. Key accountabilities include project management and tracking.

● Monitor and track clear project plans in support of information and cybersecurity program objectives

● Responsible for the delivery of multiple Information Security projects related to development, deployment, and integration

● Coordinate and monitor project plans in partnership with Technology, Enterprise Risk Management, and other functional areas, as required

● Drive project plans to completion on a timely basis to achieve an appropriate ‘end state’

● Facilitate clear communications of project responsibilities (e.g., expectations, assignments, and reviews) necessary to ensure desired project outcomes

● Develop and manage project control efforts: project plan, structure, governance (e.g. Risk Committee), change control, etc.

● Bachelor’s degree required

● PMP Certification required

● 6-8 years of experience within a financial services company as a project manager, at a consulting firm, or with a regulator

● Advanced technical skills, particularly using Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various personnel within the organization

● Excellent presentation development and delivery skills

● Experience working in a highly matrix organization
