RESPONSIBILITIES

SUMMARY

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented and motivated individual to join our Marketing Operations Team. The Sr. Marketing Logistics Manager position will be responsible for driving the delivery of marketing campaign requirements, providing subject matter expertise in campaign management processes, leading marketing technology projects, and communicating project status updates to stakeholders. This position has a high degree of cross functional interaction and partners closely with members of the Marketing, Decision Management, and Software Engineering teams. The individual should be self-motivated, have the ability to work both independently and in teams, and balance a workload that consists of detail-oriented email execution processes and documentation. The candidate must be comfortable in a data driven environment and working with and enforcing business policies. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all efforts for campaign requirements gathering
  • Execution of planning, tracking and reporting of campaign and marketing technology projects
  • Act as primary contact across all campaign delivery initiatives
  • Provide subject matter expertise for integrated marketing deliverables
  • Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS

Basic

  • 5-7 years’ of working in direct partnership with a marketing organization leading campaign requirements gathering.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in delivering mid-large scale marketing solutions
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with database technologies, including understanding database management concepts, data modeling, and using SQL to query and manipulate data
  • 5-7 years’ experience overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project and staff performance

Preferred

  • Business-minded with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, productive partnerships with business stakeholders and technology partners
  • Previous experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
  • Extensive experience with email marketing and other one-to-one marketing communication channels such as direct mail and SMS
  • Extensive experience with Campaign Management and Customer Segmentation Tools. Ideally Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or IBM Campaign (Unica)
