RESPONSIBILITIES

SUMMARY

The Correspondence Processing department has an opening for a Operations Specialist in the Alpharetta, GA office. The Operations Specialist is responsible for opening and sorting mail and priority packages, arranging for outgoing mail and shipments, organizing, maintaining and reviewing the physical files according to deparmental procedures, reviewing and processing electronic workflows, monitoring and reporting daily volume, and additional duties as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open, Sort, and Review all site correspondence
  • Respond to related Operations and Customer Service inquiries within specified service levels.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established quality and productivity goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of E*TRADE policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate any business environment issues or concerns to management.
  • Perform other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS

Basic

  • Minimum of 2 years of financial operations experience or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

  • Flexibility to work additional hours as necessary

Preferred

  • Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work as part of a team or independently, with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to adapt to change
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization techniques to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
