The Senior Operations Analyst (Fraud Prevention Projects) will work closely with the Operations Project team and Technology teams to implement strategic and tactical fraud prevention initiatives. The Senior Analyst will participate in the assessment of strategic opportunities, assist in managing the lifecycle of projects, defining use-cases and requirements, managing the timeline for completion, and working with different teams (internal/external) to get the tasks accomplished, while preparing status reports for upper management.


  • Work with Fraud Management and Fraud Prevention team to take necessary details of the project and clarify specific requirements
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Work with the Operations Project team to write the requirements and design the life cycle of a project through Agile Methodology
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Facilitate delivery of projects on-time and within scope
  • Track resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • 2+ years experience relevant to this position
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in an area relevant to this position


  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills including ability to research, analyze and present findings
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio or related flow chart tools)
  • Must be dynamic and a self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
