The role is part of the Decision Science & Analytics team. As a team coordinator, you will report to the organization’s VP, and will be supporting the team’s leadership and activities.
You will join a team of ambitious and passionate associates, driven by ideas and with a bias towards execution. We look for associates willing to think beyond traditional organizational structures and with a strong a desire to experiment, build and learn as well as grow personally and professionally.

The team is part of a new group responsible for supporting the company’s growth and operational objectives by driving process improvement, the implementation of critical and priority projects. The group focuses on high-impact projects identified in partnership with senior executives and leaders throughout the company and will often focus on the company’s most urgent process improvement or functional development needs.

We are looking for an experienced Team Coordinator to provide administrative and project management support The Team Coordinator will act as a liaison for leadership within the organization while developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues across the company. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, responsible and highly personable.

In this role, you will:

Administrative support
* Manage the calendar for the VP of the organization, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
* Plan and attend select meetings, take notes, prioritize takeaways and follow-ups
* Reserve and prepare conference rooms, AV equipment and catering for meetings as needed
* Draft business communications, including emails, PowerPoint presentations, meeting agendas and meeting minutes
* Coordinate business travel logistics and submit expense reports

Team coordination
* Create a vibrant, attractive, well-organized, high-functioning team environment across our multiple locations
* Drive the organization and execution of trainings, off-sites, team building activities and social events
* Promote communication within the team and the organization using various channels (slack, blog, newsletter)
* Assist with onboarding new team members
* Jump in on ad-hoc reports and projects as assigned
* Promote a fun and team-oriented work environment for a growing organization

Business Analysis/Project Coordination
* Support critical analyses and performance reporting across company’s core products
* Lead small to medium projects in support of organizations goals
* Work with seasoned team members to perform ad hoc investigations into business performance and customer engagement; develop and provide regular reporting


Minimum Qualifications:

* Associates Degree
* Up to 2 years of prior professional administrative or office management experience
* Organized and detailed oriented‬
* Well-rounded individual with a positive attitude, willing to take on a wide variety of administrative and operating tasks
* Experience in Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)


* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using SharePoint, Slack and Concur
* Experience setting up video conference and WebEx technology for meeting users
* Excellent organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* ‪Positive attitude, can balance a lot of wide-ranging responsibilities and can communicate with a wide range of people both in-person, via email or slack‬‬‬
* Self-directed and self-motivated, but collaborates exceptionally well; energized by the idea of cross-team collaboration
* ‪A “can do” attitude; someone willing to own more as they get to know the role‬‬‬‬
* ‪The ability to make an existing process more efficient‬‬‬‬‬
