We are seeking a Principal Salesforce Administrator to work with our product management and development teams to transform the Service experience for our service centers. The position will be a key resource in the design, configuration, and deployment of new service cloud features. The right candidate will be comfortable with the design options within the Salesforce platform and be able to work efficiently with the extended Sales and Service technology team.

An understanding of service centers, CTI, Community, Knowledge, Case Management, Live Agent, Lightning Service Console, Einstein, ChatBot, and others are key to the success of this role.


  • Lead the design and implementation of any Service Cloud initiatives for the Service Technology Team.
  • Supporting change management and business readiness activities to deploy Service Cloud and/or Communities to end users
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Facilitate workshops for internal clients and discuss design alternatives fluently. Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionality.


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in with a focus on Service Cloud
  • Minimum of 3 years of requirements gathering and design experience, including process mapping and gap analysis.
  • Minimum 5 years of implementing, configuring and administering
  • Minimum of 5 years of custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, process builder, visual flows, approval processes, page layouts, visual force, lightning UI, etc.


  • Certifications, including Service Cloud, Administration, Advanced Administration, Platform Developer
  • Experience with app-exchange products
  • Experience with CTI integration between Agent Desktops (InGenius, Bucher+Suter, TenFold, or similar) and Salesforce for screen pops
  • Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of
  • Familiarity with integration options and patterns for
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team.
  • Computer Science degree, or equivalent technical experience.
