You’re not surprised however because your strategy was informed by customer and campaign insights- there was purpose for everything you did and now you have results to show for it. Of course, you don’t hit them all out of the park, but that only creates more motivation to figure out how to change course and keep improving. Your peers and organization look to you as SME for all things offers and cross-sell- you know the ins and outs. With that said, you know you can’t do it alone. You have strong relationships and partner with your team and peers to bring campaigns to life.

The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Investor Marketing Strategy and is responsible for customer cross-sell campaigns and offer strategy. We’re looking for a highly-motivated marketer capable of driving strategy, working cross-functionally to launch campaigns and optimize experiences; and a true ambassador for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Lead offer and deepening strategy for customers and prospects
-Define learning agenda to optimize customer campaigns- primarily email channel
-Synthesize customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive marketing decisions
-Monitor performance of marketing programs, understand and analyze key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting response, engagement and revenue goals
-Work closely with key partners across marketing and outside of marketing (product, sales, customer service, finance, marketing operations) optimize, streamline and execute campaigns
-Challenge the status quo to drive purposeful programs that resonate with investors

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience
-Digital marketing experience within financial services, preferably in the retail brokerage category
-Business-minded with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
-Experience writing marketing briefs/marketing plan with defined target audience, proof points and objectives
-Experience with offer campaigns (reward incentives, etc) preferred
-Thrive in a fast-paced environment and with owning strategy to execution while balancing competing priorities
-Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and manage risk
-Flexible and open to change as business needs evolve
-Data-driven and self-directed
-Customer-centric mindset
