This role will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and should be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The EA will be a highly resourceful team-player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The successful candidate will be able to liaise with all areas of the organization to achieve expected outcomes and results while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.


  • Provides comprehensive support services that ensures professional, responsive and effective experience.
  • Independently manages the day to day administrative affairs maintaining a high degree of confidentiality & discretion. Schedules all appointments and other commitments as needed.
  • Anticipates needs and proactively brings together appropriate people and resources to support and address issues.
  • Provides sophisticated calendar management. Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance, makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • Administers correspondence, manages incoming calls, and prioritizes messages, emails and mail. Handles all calls with sophistication and professionalism.
  • Uses Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce materials for meetings.
  • Prepares for meetings and events including creating agendas, ordering food, booking conference rooms and arranging video/audio equipment.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements (air, hotel accommodations and ground transportation), preparing detailed itineraries and assuring accuracy and timely delivery of plans.


  • 3+ years of experience in a support role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred


  • Previous experience in Banking and/or Financial Services Industry, preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in MS Office Suite, specifically MS Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and impeccable communications skills both written and oral
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
